§ 1 General, Scope

§ 4 Limitation of liability

§ 6 Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from this contract are subject to the laws of the Republic of Austria. The application of the CISG is excluded. Jurisdiction is Innsbruck.

If any regulation of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining regulations of these Terms and Conditions will remain thereof unaffected, except that a contractual party would suffer as unreasonable by the elimination of individual clauses that you cannot expect from her to hold on to the contract .
